Quality assurance

Quality Matters

We approach respondent quality as a set of appropriate controls applied throughout a project — not a single guarantee. Here is how that works in practice.

Trusted sample partners

We work with sample and panel partners selected for their track record, and expect appropriate controls to be in place on their side of the network.

Geo-location checks

Geo-location signals help identify respondents whose location does not match the study's targeting requirements.

IP checks

IP-based checks support efforts to reduce duplicate or inconsistent respondent activity, where applicable to the platform used.

Duplicate prevention

Measures are applied, where applicable, to help reduce duplicate entries within a single study.

Targeting & eligibility

Screening logic is used to support respondents meeting the eligibility criteria defined for each project.

Fieldwork monitoring

Fieldwork is monitored as it runs, so that targeting and completion patterns can be reviewed while a study is live.

Partner accountability

Sample partners are expected to maintain appropriate controls on their panels as part of working with QX Research.

Not just more completes. Better completes.

Our focus is on respondents who genuinely match a study's requirements, supported by appropriate controls at each stage of fieldwork, rather than volume for its own sake.
